Our History

Huge technology companies in the XX and XXI centuries have been created by great developer genius or Computer Engineers, who studied in the best universities such as Stanford University or Princeton, and many of them started their projects or companies in a garage. However, our story is different from them, our creator did not attend at a prestigious university, he didn’t even graduate from high school, he is not a developer or designer. However, like many others, he started his dream in a Cabinet shop.

In 2014, Herbert Hernandez decided that after more than 3 decades dedicated to build custom made furniture, and with the experience attained as an entrepreneur it was time for him to explore other areas and began selling brake pads in a well-known page in Latin America; but when he tried to sell on that page he realized that they had some silly rules that made it difficult for the seller to close the sale quickly and safely. After several unsuccessful attempts and while working in his cabinet shop, he had the idea of creating an auto parts classified website to sell his own brake pads. Meanwhile the ideas were taking shape in his vision, he consulted with several engineer friends with knowledge of programming and design, but they told him that it would not be easy for him to achieve the goal of create a classified platform since he had no knowledge of Technology.

He started asking many questions and made some research by his own, Herbert did study big classified pages and decided to make plans to create a classified page that would have wide-ranging trade benefits for users, and that’s how Hey Anuncialo was created. This platform is a different, modern classified website, friendlier and easier to use. This is how Herbert starts his adventure in the Technology field. Heyanuncialo.com is a website for local classified ads, where users can sell and buy for free, and companies advertise their services online; it has categories such as employment, services, real estate, events and much more. Heyanuncialo is present in 6 countries, we are currently working on the development of our App, both for Android and iOS.

We have an excellent working group, in charge of carrying out each and every one of the corresponding tasks to achieve our objectives
